Aviya currently provides a 100-night home trial. Its FAQ asks customers to keep the mattress for at least two weeks before starting a return, giving the body time to adjust.
Returns
Aviya's FAQ currently says it does not charge return delivery or restocking fees during the trial. Contact the manufacturer directly for the current process, because logistics can depend on location and order circumstances.
10-year warranty
Aviya's warranty is 10 years and non-prorated for covered defects. The warranty page explains qualifying body impressions and other manufacturing defects, along with exclusions and support requirements.
What warranties usually do not cover
Comfort preference is not the same as a manufacturing defect. Normal softening, misuse, stains, unsuitable foundations or damage can also fall outside warranty coverage. Read the exact terms rather than relying on a marketing summary.
