Aviya Mattress Review: Is It Right for You?
Aviya is a 13-inch spring-forward hybrid sold in three firmness levels. Its clearest appeal is to shoppers who want a responsive feel, substantial edge reinforcement and multiple firmness choices without paying primarily for white-glove service.
A responsive hybrid with a value-first pitch
Aviya's strengths are easiest to understand in context: wrapped coils, reinforced edges, three firmness choices and a shorter/simpler service package than premium competitors.

See Aviya Mattress →Who should consider Aviya?
Aviya is a logical shortlist candidate if you already know you like the responsiveness of coils, want a choice between plush, medium-firm and notably firm feels, or care about using the mattress close to its perimeter. The company describes individually wrapped coils, multiple high-density foam layers and a 3-inch reinforced foam edge.
Who may prefer something else?
Shoppers who strongly prefer a deep, slow memory-foam hug should compare all-foam options. Couples who are exceptionally sensitive to partner movement should also compare mattresses known for lower motion transfer. If a long trial and premium in-room delivery are major decision factors, Saatva's service package is materially different.
Construction
Aviya describes a quilted cooling cover with a 1-inch soy-polyblend foam layer, additional high-density foam layers, a wrapped-coil support system and a densified-fiber base. The current product page lists 15-gauge coils and reinforced perimeter foam. Coil counts vary by size, so a single headline coil number should not be treated as universal.
Firmness
Aviya currently offers Plush (manufacturer-rated 3.5/10), Luxury Firm (5.5/10) and Firm (8.5/10). Aviya says Luxury Firm is its most popular choice. Because firmness scales are not standardized between brands, use those numbers as relative guidance within Aviya rather than as laboratory measurements.

Cooling, edges and motion
Hybrid construction generally allows more airflow through the coil core than dense all-foam beds. Aviya also deliberately reinforces the perimeter with high-density foam. Independent testers have reported strong cooling and edge support, while motion transfer has been a less dominant strength. No independent test guarantees the same experience for every sleeper.
Sleeping position and pressure relief
Aviya positions Plush toward side sleepers, Luxury Firm toward multi-position sleepers, and Firm toward back/stomach sleepers and larger bodies. Independent mattress guidance generally supports using body weight and sleep position together rather than choosing from position alone. Side sleepers often need more surface cushioning at the shoulders and hips; back and stomach sleepers often gravitate firmer.
Trial, returns and warranty
Aviya currently advertises a 100-night home trial and asks customers to try the mattress for at least two weeks before initiating a return. Its FAQ says return delivery and restocking fees are not charged during that trial. The warranty is 10 years and has conditions, including requirements around support and covered defects. Read the current policy pages before ordering.
Aviya vs Saatva and WinkBed
Saatva Classic stands apart through a 365-night trial, lifetime warranty and free in-room delivery/setup. WinkBed offers four firmness choices, a 120-night trial and lifetime warranty. Aviya's proposition is more value-focused and simpler.
Bottom line
Aviya is most compelling when you want a responsive hybrid/innerspring feel, clearly differentiated firmness choices and reinforced edges. Compare alternatives if your priorities are ultra-low motion, a deep foam hug or premium delivery service.
